Das urspr\u00fcngliche Verfahren des Kunden, basierend auf einer traditionellen Raymond-M\u00fchle in Kombination mit einem Zyklonabscheider, wies mehrere Einschr\u00e4nkungen auf:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Das Endprodukt weist einen D50-Wert von nur 25\u201330 \u03bcm auf und kann daher die hohen Marktanforderungen an ultrafeines Pulver (D50 \u2264 10 \u03bcm) nicht erf\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n\n<li>Geringe Ausbeute an Feinpulver (Partikel &lt; 10 \u03bcm machten nur 15\u201320% aus)<\/li>\n\n<li>Hoher Energieverbrauch, starke Staubemissionen und h\u00e4ufiger Wartungsaufwand<\/li>\n\n<li>Mit steigenden Exporten in europ\u00e4ische und nah\u00f6stliche Premiumm\u00e4rkte wurden die Anforderungen an Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfenkonsistenz und Wei\u00dfgrad immer strenger.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projektanforderungen<\/h2><p>Der Kunde hat folgende Ziele klar definiert:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Endprodukt D50:<\/strong> 10
