Je nach Anwendung k\u00f6nnen bis zu 30% des gesamten Luftvolumens am Produkteinlass zugef\u00fchrt werden. Das Aufgabematerial wird pneumatisch unter Vakuum oder mechanisch durch eine Schnecke zusammen mit der Prozessluft in den Zufuhreinlass der M\u00fchle gef\u00f6rdert. Idealerweise erfolgt die Materialzufuhr mit konstanter Geschwindigkeit \u00fcber ein volumetrisches oder gravimetrisches Zuf\u00fchrger\u00e4t.<\/p><p>Nach dem Passieren des Zufuhreinlasses gelangt das Material in die Mahlzone. An diesem Punkt kommt das Material mit der Oberfl\u00e4che der rotierenden H\u00e4mmer in Kontakt, wo es zum Aufprall kommt und das Material in kleinere Partikel zerbricht. Rund um den Umfang der Mahlkammer befindet sich eine \u201eMehrfachabweiserauskleidung\u201c. Diese Komponente tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, die Umfangsgeschwindigkeit des Produkts zu verlangsamen und es zur\u00fcck in den Hammerweg abzulenken, um eine effizientere Schlagwirkung und Gr\u00f6\u00dfenreduzierung zu erreichen.<\/p><p>Das Produkt wird dann durch den Luftstrom nach oben durch eine Ummantelungs- und Leitblechanordnung gef\u00f6rdert, die die Richtung des Produkt-Luft-Gemisches \u00e4ndert und es gleichzeitig in die Klassifizierungszone leitet. Die Ummantelungs- und Prallblechanordnung sorgt au\u00dferdem f\u00fcr eine Trennung des M\u00fchleninnenbereichs in zwei Zonen; eine Mahlzone und eine Klassierzone.<\/p><p>Sobald das Produkt in die Klassierungszone gelangt, werden die Partikel dem rotierenden Klassierrad vorgelegt, wo die Partikel je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Dichte entweder den Klassierer passieren oder \u00fcbergro\u00dfe Partikel aussortiert werden und zur weiteren Gr\u00f6\u00dfenreduzierung in die Mahlzone zur\u00fcckflie\u00dfen. Das verarbeitete Produkt-Luft-Gemisch tritt dann durch den M\u00fchlenauslass aus.<\/p><p>Es gibt zwei Hauptparameter, die zur Steuerung und \u00c4nderung des Partikelschnittpunkts oder der maximalen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe verwendet werden; Luftmenge durch die M\u00fchle und Drehzahl des Klassierers. Der Luftstrom durch die M\u00fchle erzeugt eine Widerstandskraft, um die Partikel zum Klassierer zu bef\u00f6rdern, und die Rotationsgeschwindigkeit des Klassierers erzeugt eine Zentrifugalkraft, die die Partikel vom Klassierer wegschleudert. Wenn diese beiden Kr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Partikelmasse ausgeglichen werden, ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass das Partikel an der Vorderseite des Klassierrads angenommen oder zur\u00fcckgewiesen wird, gleich gro\u00df. Basierend auf der Variation dieser Gegenkr\u00e4fte, entweder durch eine \u00c4nderung des Luftvolumens oder eine \u00c4nderung der Klassierergeschwindigkeit, kann der Schnittpunkt der oberen Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe gesteuert werden.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type:
