El proceso original del cliente, basado en un molino Raymond tradicional combinado con un separador cicl\u00f3nico, presentaba varias limitaciones:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El producto final tiene un D50 de tan solo 25\u201330 \u03bcm, lo que impide satisfacer la demanda del mercado de alta gama de polvo ultrafino (D50 \u2264 10 \u03bcm).<\/li>\n\n<li>Bajo rendimiento de polvo fino (las part\u00edculas &lt; 10 \u03bcm representaron solo 15\u201320%)<\/li>\n\n<li>Alto consumo de energ\u00eda, fuertes emisiones de polvo y mantenimiento frecuente.<\/li>\n\n<li>Con el aumento de las exportaciones a los mercados premium de Europa y Oriente Medio, los requisitos de uniformidad del tama\u00f1o de las part\u00edculas y de blancura se volvieron cada vez m\u00e1s estrictos.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requisitos del proyecto<\/h2><p>El cliente defini\u00f3 claramente los siguientes objetivos:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Producto final D50:<\/strong> 10 \u03bcm \u00b1 1 \u03bcm<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>D97 \u2264 30 \u03bcm<\/strong> (para eliminar part\u00edculas de tama\u00f1o excesivo)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Capacidad \u2265 2 clasificadora mediante un variador de frecuencia, lo que garantiza un punto de corte exacto.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Ajuste del aire secundario:<\/strong><br>El sistema introduce aire seco y filtrado en
