Id\u00e9alement, le mat\u00e9riau est aliment\u00e9 \u00e0 un d\u00e9bit constant via un dispositif d&#039;alimentation volum\u00e9trique ou gravim\u00e9trique.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s avoir travers\u00e9 l&#039;entr\u00e9e d&#039;alimentation, le mat\u00e9riau entre dans la zone de broyage. \u00c0 ce stade, le mat\u00e9riau entre en contact avec la face des marteaux rotatifs, o\u00f9 l&#039;impact a lieu et le mat\u00e9riau est fractur\u00e9 en particules plus petites. L&#039;ensemble car\u00e9nage et chicane fournit \u00e9galement une s\u00e9paration de la zone interne du broyeur en deux zones; une zone de broyage et une zone de classement.<\/p><p>Une fois que le produit entre dans la zone de classification, les particules sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 la roue rotative du classificateur, o\u00f9, en fonction de la taille et de la densit\u00e9, les particules traversent le classificateur ou les particules surdimensionn\u00e9es sont rejet\u00e9es et retournent vers la zone de broyage pour une r\u00e9duction de taille suppl\u00e9mentaire. Le m\u00e9lange produit trait\u00e9\/air sort ensuite par la sortie du broyeur.<\/p><p>Deux param\u00e8tres principaux sont utilis\u00e9s pour contr\u00f4ler et modifier le point de coupure des particules ou la taille maximale des particules\u00a0; volume d&#039;air \u00e0 travers le broyeur et vitesse de rotation du classificateur. Le flux d&#039;air \u00e0 travers le broyeur g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force de tra\u00een\u00e9e pour transporter les particules vers le classificateur et la vitesse de rotation du classificateur g\u00e9n\u00e8re une force centrifuge qui rejette les particules loin du classificateur. Lorsque ces deux forces sont \u00e9galis\u00e9es pour une masse de particule donn\u00e9e, cette particule a une probabilit\u00e9 \u00e9gale d&#039;\u00eatre accept\u00e9e ou rejet\u00e9e \u00e0 la face de la roue du classificateur. Sur la base de la variation de ces forces oppos\u00e9es soit par un changement de volume d&#039;air, soit par un changement de vitesse du classificateur, le point de coupure de la taille sup\u00e9rieure des particules peut \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type:
