Per i produttori, la scelta si riduce spesso a due tecnologie principali: il mulino a classificazione ad aria (ACM) e il mulino a getto. Per produrre la stessa quantit\u00e0 di polvere D50: 5 \u03bcm, un ACM consuma in genere 30-50 \u03bcm in meno di energia elettrica.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Elevata produttivit\u00e0:<\/strong> Per la produzione su larga scala (ad esempio, da 1 a 5 tonnellate all&#039;ora), l&#039;ACM risulta notevolmente pi\u00f9 compatto ed efficiente.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Sistema integrato:<\/strong> Il design &quot;macinazione + classificazione&quot; 2 in 1 semplifica la linea di produzione, riducendo i costi delle attrezzature ausiliarie.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I compromessi<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Generazione di calore:<\/strong> L&#039;impatto meccanico genera calore da attrito. Per il carbonato di litio di grado batteria, l&#039;energia rappresenta spesso il costo ricorrente maggiore.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Manutenzione:<\/strong> I mulini a getto hanno un numero inferiore di parti mobili nella zona di macinazione, il che si traduce in intervalli pi\u00f9 lunghi tra le sostituzioni dei componenti.
