Het realiseert voornamelijk effici\u00ebnte slijp- en deeltjesgroottecontrole door middel van snel roterende slijpmedia en aerodynamisch principe. Voorkom stofexplosie en oxidatie van het materiaal<\/strong><\/h3><p>Het gesloten systeem gebruikt gewoonlijk inert gas (zoals stikstof of koolstofdioxide) als medium, zodat het hele systeem beschermd is tegen <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Inert_gas\">inert gas<\/a>\u00a0tijdens het voeden, malen, sorteren, transporteren, scheiden en verpakken. Dit ontwerp kan effectief stofexplosies en oxidatie van materialen voorkomen en de veiligheid en stabiliteit tijdens de productie verbeteren. <strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-2-feedback-mechanism\"><strong>2.2. Feedbackmechanisme<\/strong><\/h3><p>Een closed-loop systeem werkt met continue monitoring van de output tijdens de werking van ACM, en het vergelijken ervan met het gewenste setpoint. Het verschil tussen de twee waarden is <em>foutsignaal<\/em>\u00a0en het kan de invoer naar het systeem aanpassen. Deze feedbackloop maakt realtime correcties mogelijk, waardoor de stabiliteit en nauwkeurigheid van het controleproces worden verbeterd.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-3-application-in-automation\"><strong>2.3. Toepassing in automatisering<\/strong><\/h3><p>Het closed-loop systeem maakt automatische controle mogelijk tijdens het gehele operationele proces van ACM. De automatisering omvat het starten en stoppen van apparatuur, statusweergave, overbelastingsalarm en veiligheidsvergrendeling, enz.
