Dit classificatiewiel scheidt, op basis van de ingestelde snelheid, nauwkeurig het acceptabele fijne poeder en voert het te grove, niet-conforme poeder automatisch terug naar de maalkamer om opnieuw te worden vermalen. Zo ontstaat een gesloten circulatiesysteem waarin malen en classificeren in \u00e9\u00e9n proces plaatsvindt.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Conventionele molen:<\/strong> Het apparaat voert alleen de maalfunctie uit. Het resulterende poeder heeft een brede deeltjesgrootteverdeling en vereist een aparte classificator voor nabewerking.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vraag 2: Wat is het werkingsprincipe van de ACM? Hoe bereikt het dit? <a href=\"https:\/\/www.air-classifier-mill.com\/nl\/product\/mjw-een-lucht-classifier-molen\/\">ultrafijn slijpen<\/a>?<\/h2><p><strong>A: Het werkingsprincipe van de ACM omvat hoofdzakelijk drie stappen:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Slagslijpen:<\/strong> Het materiaal komt via de invoeropening de maalkamer binnen. De snel roterende rotor of hamers raken het materiaal met grote kracht. Ze snijden en wrijven het materiaal open, waardoor het snel tot fijne deeltjes wordt vermalen.<\/p><p><strong>Luchttransport en -circulatie:<\/strong> Het verpulverde materiaal wordt door de luchtstroom van de ventilator naar het bovenste sorteergebied gevoerd.<\/p><p><strong>Nauwkeurige classificatie:<\/strong> De <strong>dynamisch classificatiewiel<\/strong> Het bovenste onderdeel roteert met hoge snelheid en oefent centrifugale kracht uit op de deeltjes in de luchtstroom.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Aanvaardbare boetes:<\/strong> Fijne deeltjes met een kleinere diameter ondervinden een wrijvingskracht van de luchtstroom die groter is dan de centrifugale kracht. Hierdoor kunnen ze door het classificatiewiel heen en in het opvangsysteem terechtkomen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Onacceptabele grove deeltjes:<\/strong> Grovere deeltjes met een grotere diameter ondervinden een centrifugale kracht die sterker is dan de wrijvingskracht. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.air-classifier-mill.com\/nl\/product\/mjw-w-lucht-classificator-molen\/\">ultrafijne molens <\/a>(zoals de straalmolen)?<\/h2><p><strong>A: In vergelijking met de pure straalmolen biedt de ACM de volgende voordelen:<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Kenmerk\/Vergelijkingsitem<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Luchtclassificatiemolen (ACM)<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Straalmolen<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Maalmechanisme<\/strong><\/td><td>Mechanische impact en afschuiving<\/td><td>Botsing tussen deeltjes (luchtversnelling)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Energie-effici\u00ebntie<\/strong><\/td><td>Geschikt voor materialen met een lage tot gemiddelde hardheid; relatief laag energieverbruik.<\/td><td>Hoger energieverbruik; geschikt voor extreem harde materialen of voor het bereiken van de hoogste fijnheid.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Eindfijnheid<\/strong><\/td><td>D97 is doorgaans regelbaar tussen 10 \u03bcm en 75 \u03bcm.<\/td><td>D97 kan doorgaans een afmeting bereiken tussen 1 \u03bcm en 10 \u03bcm.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Deeltjesgroottecontrole<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Extreem smalle PSD<\/strong>; hoge classificatienauwkeurigheid.<\/td><td>Smalle deeltjesgrootteverdeling; bereikt een fijnere uiteindelijke fijnheid.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Uitvoer<\/strong><\/td><td>Hogere output per machine; hogere effici\u00ebntie.<\/td><td>Relatief lagere opbrengst.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vraag 4: Voor welke industrie\u00ebn en materialen wordt de ACM-classificatiemolen voornamelijk gebruikt?<\/h2><p>A: De ACM heeft een extreem breed scala aan toepassingen en blinkt uit in de verwerking van... <strong>lage tot gemiddelde hardheid, niet-metallisch en niet-hechtend<\/strong> materialen:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Chemische industrie:<\/strong> Pigmenten, kleurstoffen, pesticiden, vlamvertragers, fijnchemicali\u00ebn.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Voeding\/Farmaceutica:<\/strong> Suikers, voedingsadditieven, kruiden, zetmeelderivaten (bijv. cassavemeel, cellulose).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Minerale industrie:<\/strong> Zwaar calciumcarbonaat, talk, kaolien, wollastoniet (voor ultrafijne verwerking of voorbewerking).<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Kunststoffen\/Nieuwe materialen:<\/strong> Poedercoatings, harsen, composietmaterialen.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vraag 5: Hoe kan de fijnheid van het product worden geregeld door de parameters van de ACM aan te passen?<\/h2><p><strong>A:<\/strong> De belangrijkste manier om de fijnheid van het ACM-product te beheersen, is door de volgende aanpassingen te doen: <strong>snelheid van het classificatiewiel<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>De snelheid van het classificatiewiel verhogen:<\/strong> De centrifugale kracht neemt toe, waardoor fijnere deeltjes (met een kleinere afmeting) terug in de maalkamer worden geslingerd, met als resultaat een <strong>fijnere productfijnheid<\/strong> en een lichte daling van de productie.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Het verlagen van de snelheid van het classificatiewiel:<\/strong> De centrifugale kracht neemt af, waardoor grotere deeltjes erdoorheen kunnen, met als resultaat een <strong>grovere productfijnheid<\/strong> en verhoogde productie.<\/li><\/ul><p>Secundaire optimalisatie kan worden bereikt door aanpassing van de <strong>luchtvolume van de molen, toevoersnelheid,<\/strong> of <strong>het type slagapparaat veranderen.<\/strong><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vraag 6: Is de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.air-classifier-mill.com\/nl\/neem-contact-met-ons-op\/\">ACM<\/a> Geschikt voor de verwerking van warmtegevoelige of brandbare\/explosieve materialen?<\/h2><p><strong>A: De ACM is geschikt voor de verwerking van de meeste warmtegevoelige materialen.<\/strong><\/p><p>De grote luchtstroom door de molen voert de tijdens het malen gegenereerde warmte effici\u00ebnt af. Hierdoor blijft de maaltemperatuur relatief laag.<\/p><p>Voor warmtegevoelige materialen kan een systeem met koudeluchtcirculatie worden gebruikt. Hierbij wordt voorgekoelde lucht of inert gas (zoals stikstof) in de kamer ge\u00efnjecteerd om de temperatuur verder te verlagen.<\/p><p>We kunnen de ACM ontwerpen als een explosieveilig model voor brandbare en explosieve materialen.
