Een typische classificatiemolen bestaat bijvoorbeeld uit de invoeropening, de maalkamer, de rotor (voorzien van hamers of pinnen), het classificatiewiel en de ventilator. Het werkproces is als volgt:<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Toevoer en eerste maalproces<\/strong>: <\/h3><p>Het h-BN-grondmateriaal (meestal vlokken of poeder van micronformaat) komt via een schroefaanvoer in de maalkamer terecht. De snel roterende rotor (snelheden tot wel duizenden toeren per minuut) genereert mechanische impact- en schuifkrachten, waardoor de deeltjes bij botsing breken. Tegelijkertijd voert een hogesnelheidsluchtstroom (meestal lucht of inert gas) de deeltjes mee, waardoor turbulentie ontstaat die de verkleining verder bevordert.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Luchtclassificatie<\/strong>:<\/h3><p> De gemalen deeltjes worden door de luchtstroom naar de zone van het classificatiewiel gevoerd. Het onafhankelijk aangedreven classificatiewiel draait met hoge snelheid en genereert centrifugale kracht. Fijne deeltjes (submicronformaat) passeren het classificatiewiel met de luchtstroom en komen in het opvangsysteem terecht, terwijl grove deeltjes teruggeworpen worden in de maalkamer voor verdere verkleining. Lagere snelheden laten meer fijne deeltjes door (waardoor D50 &lt; 1 \u03bcm wordt bereikt); hogere snelheden verkleinen de maximale deeltjesgrootte en voorkomen overmatige productie van nanofijne deeltjes.<\/p><p>Toevoersnelheid: 0,5\u20132 kg\/u (laboratoriumschaal) om overbelasting en verstopping te voorkomen.<\/p><p>Gas-vaststofverhouding: 10:1 tot 20:1 om een goede deeltjesverspreiding te garanderen.<\/p><p>Doeldeeltjesgrootte: monitoren met laserdiffractie; aanpassen naar D97 &lt; 5 \u03bcm en D50 \u2248 0,5\u20131 \u03bcm (submicronniveau).<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Slijpbewerking<\/strong><\/h3><p>Start de ventilator en het classificatiewiel; verwarm de apparatuur 5-10 minuten voor.<\/p><p>Voeg het h-BN-grondmateriaal langzaam toe onder controle van de druk en temperatuur (houd deze onder de 80 \u00b0C).<\/p><p>Laat het 1-2 uur draaien en neem periodiek monsters om de deeltjesgrootteverdeling te controleren. Verhoog de recirculatietijd als de verdeling breed is.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nabewerking<\/strong><\/h3><p>Droog het verzamelde poeder onder vacu\u00fcm of bij lage temperatuur.<\/p><p>Voor verdere exfoliatie of verbeterde dispersie kunt u ultrasone behandeling of oppervlaktemodificatie toepassen (bijvoorbeeld koppelingsmiddelen om heragglomeratie te voorkomen).<\/p><p>Met de bovenstaande procedure kan een opbrengst in \u00e9\u00e9n doorgang meer dan 80% bedragen. Door de snelheid van het classificatiewiel te optimaliseren, kan een smalle verdeling (SPAN &lt; 1,5) worden bereikt.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Energieverbruik en -effici\u00ebntie<\/strong>Classificatiemolens verbruiken doorgaans 200\u2013500 kWh\/t, aanzienlijk minder dan kogelmolens (&gt;1000 kWh\/t). Door gebruik te maken van een lage-temperatuur gasstroom kan de effici\u00ebntie met 15\u2013201 TP3T worden verbeterd.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Be\u00efnvloedende factoren<\/strong>Een vochtgehalte in het voer van meer dan 11 TP3T veroorzaakt agglomeratie; harde onzuiverheden moeten vooraf worden verwijderd. Experimenten tonen aan dat elke verhoging van de rotorsnelheid met 1000 tpm de gemiddelde deeltjesgrootte met 20\u201330 TP3T kan verminderen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Submicron uitdagingen<\/strong>Standaard classificatiemolens halen betrouwbaar een deeltjesgrootte van 5\u201310 \u03bcm. Om consistent een deeltjesgrootte van &lt;1 \u03bcm te bereiken, kunt u overwegen om geavanceerdere modellen (bijv. Mikro e-ACM) of hulpkoelsystemen te gebruiken.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voorzorgsmaatregelen en mogelijke problemen<\/strong><\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Veiligheid<\/strong>Submicron h-BN is zeer stoffig; draag geschikte persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen. Gebruik inert gas om oxidatie- of explosiegevaar te voorkomen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Onderhoud van apparatuur<\/strong>Hoewel de smerende eigenschappen van h-BN slijtage verminderen, dienen de voeringen en het classificatiewiel regelmatig te worden gecontroleerd. Reinig met een droge borstel of perslucht; vermijd reiniging met water.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Milieuoverwegingen<\/strong>Zorg voor adequate ventilatie en filtering om te voldoen aan de stof- en geluidsvoorschriften.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Kwaliteitscontrole<\/strong>Gebruik SEM om de morfologie te observeren en XRD om te bevestigen dat de kristalstructuur onveranderd blijft. Submicron h-BN heeft de neiging opnieuw te agglomereren; voeg antiklontermiddelen toe tijdens opslag.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Beperkingen<\/strong>Voor echte nanogroottes (&lt;100 nm) zijn classificatiemolens mogelijk niet voldoende; overweeg in dat geval straalmolens of gecombineerde kogelmolens.<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.air-classifier-mill.com\/nl\/neem-contact-met-ons-op\/\"><strong>Conclusie<\/strong> <\/a><\/h2><p>Het gebruik van een classificatiemolen voor het bereiken van ultrafijne submicronverpulvering van hexagonaal boornitride (h-BN) is een effici\u00ebnte en nauwkeurige methode die de uniformiteit en zuiverheid van het poeder verbetert en tegelijkertijd de productiekosten verlaagt.
