De luchtstroom voert vervolgens het gekwalificeerde fijne poeder door het sorteerwiel naar het opvangsysteem. Tegelijkertijd scheidt het sorteerwiel de ongeschikte grove deeltjes af en voert deze terug naar de maalzone voor verdere vermaling.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pin Mill<\/h3><p>De pinnenmolen is een mechanische molen die uitsluitend gebruikmaakt van snelle relatieve beweging om impactvergruizing te bewerkstelligen.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Maalmechanisme:<\/strong> Het bestaat doorgaans uit twee tegengesteld draaiende pinnenschijven (\u00e9\u00e9n stationair en \u00e9\u00e9n roterend, of beide roterend). Elk schijfoppervlak is voorzien van meerdere ringen stalen pinnen die in een verweven patroon zijn gerangschikt. Materiaal wordt in het midden aangevoerd en beweegt onder invloed van de centrifugale kracht naar de periferie. Het ondergaat intense, hoogfrequente impact en afschuiving tussen de snel draaiende, verweven stalen pinnen.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bedieningsmechanisme:<\/strong> De pinnenmolen heeft geen ingebouwd dynamisch classificatiesysteem. De uiteindelijke deeltjesgrootte is voornamelijk afhankelijk van de rotatiesnelheid van de schijven, de dichtheid van de pinnen, de toevoersnelheid en de inherente brosheid van het materiaal. We kunnen de redenen hiervoor analyseren vanuit de volgende belangrijke perspectieven:<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beheersing van overmatig malen<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ACM-slijpmachine: <\/strong>Dankzij het ingebouwde luchtclassificatiewiel wordt het materiaal direct door de luchtstroom afgevoerd zodra de gewenste fijnheid is bereikt. Dit voorkomt oververmalen. Het resultaat is een zeer smalle en geconcentreerde deeltjesgrootteverdeling, waarbij grote deeltjes (D97 of D100) grondig worden afgesneden en een laag percentage ultrafijn poeder aanwezig is.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Pinmolen:<\/strong> De tijd die het materiaal nodig heeft om door de pinnenarray naar buiten te bewegen is relatief constant. Zelfs als een deel van het materiaal de gewenste fijnheid al heeft bereikt, kan het nog steeds worden geraakt voordat het de maalinstallatie verlaat. Dit resulteert in een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid secundaire ultrafijne deeltjes (oververmalen). Daardoor wordt de staart van de deeltjesgrootteverdelingscurve langer (verhoogd gehalte aan ultrafijne deeltjes).<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Flexibiliteit en precisie van de afstelling<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ACM-slijpmachine: <\/strong>Het aanpassen van de deeltjesgrootte is uiterst eenvoudig. Gebruikers hoeven de machine niet uit te schakelen. Ze kunnen de gewenste deeltjesgrootte nauwkeurig instellen door simpelweg de snelheid van het classificatiewiel en de luchtstroom van het systeem aan te passen via een frequentieomvormer. (Bijvoorbeeld, een nauwkeurige regeling van D50 tot op enkele micrometers nauwkeurig.)<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Pinmolen:<\/strong> Om de gewenste deeltjesgrootte te wijzigen, is het meestal nodig om de rotatiesnelheid van de gehele pinschijf aan te passen. Als er aanzienlijke aanpassingen nodig zijn, kan het zelfs nodig zijn om de machine uit te schakelen om de pinschijf te vervangen door een schijf met een andere pindichtheid of -configuratie. Een andere mogelijkheid is om het perifere scherm met een andere maaswijdte te vervangen. De lineariteit en precisie van de aanpassing zijn aanzienlijk minder dan die van de ACM.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Effect van temperatuurstijging op de deeltjesgrootte<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ACM-slijpmachine: <\/strong>Een grote luchtstroom passeert de maalkamer en voert het grootste deel van de tijdens het malen gegenereerde warmte af. Door de lage temperatuur blijven niet alleen de materiaaleigenschappen, zoals de chemische en fysische stabiliteit, behouden.<br>Het voorkomt ook schommelingen in de deeltjesgrootte. Deze schommelingen kunnen optreden wanneer het materiaal door de hitte zachter wordt of aan de wanden van de kamer blijft kleven.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Pinmolen:<\/strong> Door het compacte ontwerp en het ontbreken van een grote luchtstroom voor warmteafvoer, genereren wrijving en impact bij hoge snelheden aanzienlijke warmte. Bij warmtegevoelige materialen, zoals thermoplastische harsen, suiker en vetrijke materialen, kan deze temperatuurstijging gemakkelijk leiden tot klonteren of smelten. Het verwijdert grote deeltjes uit het product en maakt nauwkeurige online aanpassing van de deeltjesgrootteparameters tijdens de productie mogelijk. Als uw product (zoals nieuwe materialen voor lithiumbatterijen of ultrafijne minerale poeders) extreem strenge eisen stelt aan de D50- en D97-specificaties, is de luchtclassificatiemolen de ideale proceskeuze.<br>De pinmolen is daarentegen beter geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij de eisen aan de deeltjesgrootteverdeling minder streng zijn en het materiaal zelf bros is.
