Bij het frezen van hygroscopische materialen kan geconditioneerde inlaatlucht worden gebruikt om vocht in het systeem te verminderen. Bij droogtoepassingen bij hoge temperaturen kan het lagerhuis ge\u00efsoleerd en met lucht gespoeld worden om de lagers te beschermen. De molen kan ook werken met gekoelde lucht voor hittegevoelige materialen om ophoping te voorkomen en om effici\u00ebnter te malen.<\/p><p>Als uw toepassing frequente productwisselingen met tussendoor reiniging vereist, kunt u ons ontwerp van de luchtclassificatiemolen overwegen. Via de hoofdluchtinlaat en de productinlaat wordt lucht of gas in de Air Classifying Mill gebracht. Afhankelijk van de toepassing kan maar liefst 30% van het totale luchtvolume bij de productinlaat worden ingebracht. Het voermateriaal wordt pneumatisch onder vacu\u00fcm of mechanisch door een vijzel samen met de proceslucht in de invoeropening van de molen getransporteerd. Idealiter wordt materiaal met een constante snelheid ingevoerd via een volumetrisch of gravimetrisch invoerapparaat.<\/p><p>Na het passeren van de invoerinlaat komt het materiaal in de maalzone. Op dit punt komt materiaal in contact met het oppervlak van de roterende hamers, waar de impact plaatsvindt en het materiaal wordt gebroken in kleinere deeltjes. Rondom de omtrek van de maalkamer bevindt zich een &quot;multiple deflector liner&quot;. Dit onderdeel helpt bij het vertragen van de omtreksnelheid van het product en het terugbuigen ervan in het hamerpad voor een effici\u00ebntere impact en verkleining.<\/p><p>Het product wordt vervolgens naar boven getransporteerd door de luchtstroom door een lijkwade en schotconstructie die de richting van het product\/luchtmengsel verandert terwijl het naar de classificatiezone wordt geleid. Het samenstel van mantel en schot zorgt ook voor een scheiding van het interne gebied van de molen in twee zones; een maalzone en een classificatiezone.<\/p><p>Zodra het product de classificatiezone binnenkomt, worden de deeltjes gepresenteerd aan het roterende classificatiewiel, waar de deeltjes op basis van grootte en dichtheid door de classificator gaan of te grote deeltjes worden afgewezen en terugvloeien naar de maalzone voor extra verkleining. Het verwerkte product\/luchtmengsel gaat vervolgens naar buiten via de uitlaat van de molen.<\/p><p>Er zijn twee hoofdparameters die worden gebruikt om het snijpunt van de deeltjes of de maximale deeltjesgrootte te regelen en te wijzigen; luchtvolume door de molen en rotatiesnelheid van de classifier. De luchtstroom door de molen genereert een sleepkracht om de deeltjes naar de classifier te transporteren en de rotatiesnelheid van de classifier genereert een middelpuntvliedende kracht die de deeltjes wegwerpt van de classifier. Wanneer deze twee krachten worden vereffend voor een bepaalde deeltjesmassa, heeft dat deeltje een gelijke kans om te worden geaccepteerd of afgewezen aan de voorkant van het classificatiewiel. Op basis van het vari\u00ebren van deze tegengestelde krachten, hetzij door een verandering in het luchtvolume, hetzij een verandering in de snelheid van de classificator, kan het snijpunt van de topgrootte van de deeltjes worden geregeld.<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type:
